Have the "Cassis Attitude"!!!

So as to enable you to discover or rediscover the pleasure and blackcurrant, and Noir de Bourgogne in particular, Emmanuelle BAILLARD and Gérard BRIOTTET have come together in a joint project: a book in which savoury and sweet recipes mingle with cocktails, pastries... All the recipes are prepared using blackcurrant berries, blackcurrant nectar, coulis and crême de cassis.

A delight for the eyes and the taste buds, sometimes with surprising combinations.
