  The Principle
 
     
 

A pure juice is the juice of the fruit without added sugar or water.

A nectar is juice or pulp with sugar and water added to obtain an equilibrum in sugar/acidity.

The "Noir de Bourgogne" blackcurrant remain our flagship product.
Various varieties are available, but the noblest and raciest is, without a shadow of a doubt, "Noir de Bourgogne".

We also work with other fruits: raspberries, redcurrants, strawberries, vineyard peaches, apricots, nectarines, blueberries, mirabelles de Lorraine, blood apples, Chardonnay grapes.
