As an oenologist passionate by flavours, textures and colours, I created Nectars de Bourgogne to explore and convey the best fruit have to offer. Nectars de Bourgogne was created in 2004, in the midst of blackcurrant and redcurrant fields, and set among the vineyards too.
The "Noir de Bourgogne" is the noblest and raciest of all the varieties of blackcurrants, professionals are particularly fond of this variety since it is easy to work with, combine … and enjoy.
With exceptional gustatory and olfactory qualities, this variety also stands out thanks to its remarkable virtues: richer in vitamin C than oranges or kiwis, with an interesting fibre content and low in calories, it also contains polyphenols and anthocyans to take care of your cardiovascular system and it is rich in antioxidant; in brief it is a little berry full of vitality and absolutely amazing!
