As an oenologist with a passion for flavours, textures and colours, I created Nectars de Bourgogne so as to explore fruit and take the best of what they have to offer. Nectars de Bourgogne was born in 2004, in the midst of black currant and red currant orchards and in the midst of the vineyards too.

Why this passion for Noir de Bourgogne ? It is the noblest and raciest of all the varieties of blackcurrants, the one professionals are particularly fond of since it is easy to work with, combine … and enjoy. That is why I have chosen to work with this fruit
